Pakistan dispatches second relief consignment to flood affected people of Afghanistan

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Pakistan has dispatched second relief consignment to the flood affected people of Afghanistan.

The relief goods were sent through C-130 aircraft. The consignment consists of family tents, flour, rice and sugar.

Earlier, the first consignment of relief goods had reached Afghanistan through a special aircraft of Pakistan Air Force for the flood affected Afghan people. The relief goods had included one hundred tents, two ton flour, one ton rice and four hundred and fifty kilogram sugar.

In his remarks, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif had said that Pakistan will make every possible effort for the assistance of flood affected people of Afghanistan.
