Pakistan doesn’t accept ICJ jurisdiction on national solidarity: FO

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Foreign Office spokesperson Nafees Zakaria has said that Pakistan does not accept jurisdiction of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) on national solidarity.

In a statement on Thursday, he said that the decision to challenge the ICJ jurisdiction was made in consultation with institutions.

He said that India is trying to divert the world attention through crimes like spying.

He said the Indian spy Kulbhushan had confessed to his crimes of sabotage, terrorism and subversion not only once but twice.

“India has been trying to hide its real face by taking the Kulbhushan India has been trying to hide its real face by taking the case of Kulbhushan Yadav to the ICJ.

“The real face of the India will be exposed before the world,” he said.
