ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The federal cabinet enforced the Pakistan Essential Services (Maintenance) Act 1952 on the PTV employees. Moreover, the cabinet extended the imposition of the act on the employees of National Institutional Facilitation Technologies (NIFT), security printing and security papers. The forum also approved the inclusion of two new members in the inquiry commission on the petrol crisis. The commission will investigate the petrol crisis, identify the responsible people involved in the crisis and suggest punishments for them. The cabinet postponed the matter of transferring the powers under the Anti-Terrorism Act 1997. It approved the nomination of the Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC) Board of Directors chairman and members. The meeting also approved the export of Surgical N-95 masks being prepared in the country.
