LORDS (92 News) – The 1st Test match between Pakistan and England will be played today (Thursday) at Lord's. The match will start at 1500 Pakistan Standard Time. Misbah ul Haq will lead the national test team in the Test series. Mohammad Amir may be the centre of attention in the build-up to the first Test against England at Lord's, but Thursday's match is also a milestone for Pakistan captain Misbah-ul-Haq. Pakistan’s pacer Mohammad Amir is all set to return to Test cricket during this match. ICC had imposed 5 years ban on Muhammad Amir along with Mohammad Asif and Salman Butt for the spot-fixing allegations. He was declared completely free to play all forms of cricket on 19th of August last year. He made his return to international cricket on January 15 this year, in a T-20 match against New Zealand in February 2016. Pakistan and England have played 77 test matches, as England won 22 matches, Pakistan won 18, while 37 matches were drawn. At Lords ground, both teams faced each others in 13 tests, as England won 4 matches and Pakistan won 3 matches, while 6 matches were drawn.
