Pakistan faces terrorism and different challenges, says Caretaker PM Kakar

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaarul Haq Kakar has said that Pakistan faces different challenges and terrorism.

Addressing a ceremony held in connection with the Christmas celebrations on Saturday, he said that Pakistan had sacrificed 90,000 lives in the war against terrorism.

"The Pak Army is defending each nook and corner of the country. Pakistan condemns each kind of terrorism," he maintained.

The prime minister said that protection of the minorities' worship places was the part of his faith. "Everyone is free to live according to his faith in Pakistan. Neither anyone has the right to get forcibly changed the religion of someone nor this right will be given to anyone," he declared.

He demanded that the United Nations should secure an immediate ceasefire in Gaza. "We not only talk about the Palestinians, but we want peace for everyone," he added.
