Pakistan has almost won war against terrorism: DG ISPR

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – DG ISPR Maj Gen Babar Iftikhar said that Pakistan had almost won the war against terrorism and now it was time to ensure this reality.

Speaking at the prize distribution ceremony of the National Amateur Film Festival on Saturday, he said that Pakistan had been facing terrorism for the last two decades.

"Terrorists caused damage to the identity of the country. The film festival will highlight positive image of the country abroad," he added.

The DG ISPR said that 15 winners of the festival get film-making education in California on scholarship.

He thanked Prime Minister Imran Khan for attending the ceremony.
