WASHINGTON (92 News) – The United States State Department spokesperson John Kirby has on Wednesday said that Pakistan and India will have to enhance cooperation against the common threat of terrorism. Addressing daily news briefing in Washington, he urged Pakistan and India to hold dialogue for improving cooperation against terrorism. The spokesman said that the terrorism has affected both Pakistan and India, adding that the nuclear arch rivals should continue joint efforts against terrorism. Kirby said: “The US would continue to have conversations with both countries relating to the extremist threat that resides inside of their own borders.” “Pakistani leaders know all too well the threats of extremism and terrorism inside their own borders because they’ve lost too many soldiers and citizens,” he added.
