SC judges pronounced verdict as per law & constitution: PM Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that Pakistan is the first country created in the name of Islam after Madina. Addressing the nation on Wednesday, he said that a small section of society has reacted to the verdict of the Supreme Court. “The judges have pronounced the judgment as per law and constitution.” He appealed to the nation not to be incited by anyone. The prime minister said that some people are inciting the Army and generals to rebel against the army chief. “The language used over the SC verdict has forced me to talk to you,” he said. He said that Pakistan will be run on the principle of the state of Madina after becoming a great country. PM Imran Khan said that the state would protect the lives and property of the people. “We will not let anyone to resort to sabotage. The state will fulfill its responsibility if the saboteurs will clash with the government,” he added. He said that he and his cabinet had not taken a day off till now. “The government raised the issue of blasphemous sketches at the UN and OIC,” he said. The prime minister asked saboteurs not to go against the country for their politics and vote bank.
