Pakistan Navy's first guided missile, Air Defense Frigate PNS Tughral arrives in Sri Lanka

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Pakistan Navy's first guided missile, Air Defense Frigate PNS Tughral has reached Sri Lanka.

PNS Tughral was warmly welcomed on arrival in Colombo, Sri Lankan Navy, Pakistani diplomatic officials were present for the reception. Sri Lankan Navy band played melodies of national anthems of both countries.

The ship's commanding officer will hold meetings with Sri Lankan naval officials. PNS Tughral will also take part in joint exercises with the Sri Lankan Navy.

PNS Tughral arrives in Sri Lanka after visiting Indonesia. PNS Tughral also participated in joint exercises during a goodwill visit to Indonesia.

PNS Tughral has reached Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia and then Sri Lanka from China.
