Pakistan Navy Ship ALAMGIR visits Tanzania on goodwill mission

Karachi (92 News) – Pakistan Navy ship PNS Alamgir reached Tanzania, an African country on a goodwill mission.

According to Pakistan Navy spokesman, the Pakistani ship was given a warm welcome at Dar es Salaam port. Issues of mutual interest and bilateral maritime cooperation were discussed in important meetings of the Mission Commander with the military officials.

The Pakistan Navy also organized a medical camp in Dar es Salaam to provide protection and medical treatment to more than 2,500 patients. The people of Tanzania appreciated the goodwill of the Pakistan Navy and paid tribute to Pakistan.

At the end of the visit, the ships of the two countries also took part in a joint exercise.

The purpose of the visit is to promote bilateral relations and explore new avenues of cooperation with African countries.
