ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Foreign Office Spokesperson Dr Muhammad Faisal said that Pakistan had provided intelligence cooperation in nabbing Osama Bin Laden. In a weekly briefing on Thursday, he said that Pakistan dismisses the statement of Indian Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh about the Amritsar attack. “India wants to get benefit in election by naming Pakistan in its internal issues,” he said. The FO spokesperson said that the mediation over the Yemen issue is very sensitive; however, some progress has been made on it. “Pakistan had invited India to talks over all issues, including terrorism,” he said. About the statement of Indian army chief, Dr Muhammad Faisal said that there is need to speak after deliberation. He said that Pakistan also condemns the attitude being adopted towards Palestinians. The FO spokesperson strongly condemned the murder of SP Tahir Dawar. “Afghanistan has not provided any information about the murder of Tahir Dawar,” he said.
