Pakistan records 58 coronavirus deaths in past 24 hours

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The novel coronavirus has claimed 58 more lives in Pakistan during the past 24 hours, lifting the overall death toll to 15,501, on Monday.

The latest statistics of the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) showed the COVID-19 has claimed 58 more lives and 4,584 fresh infections were reported during the period

The positivity rate stood at 10.29 per cent.The health facilities across the country conducted 44,514 coronavirus detection tests.

According to the statistics, the total number of patients suffering from sensitive health condition stands at 4,979. Overall 634,835 people have recovered from the virus.

Furthermore 269,126 coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Sindh, 250,459 in Punjab, 99,595 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 66,380 in Islamabad, 20,321 in Balochistan, 14,594 in Azad Kashmir and 5,127 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
