Pakistan reports 56 deaths, 2,697 new infections during past 24 hours

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – As many as 56 deaths were reported due to coronavirus epidemic across the country on Sunday.

According to the data available with the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) on Sunday, 2,697 new cases were reported during the last 24 hours.

During the last 24 hours, 55,965 tests were conducted and the positive cases rate remained at 4.81 percent.

The province-wise cases are: Sindh (316,752), KPK (132,170), Punjab (339,073), Islamabad (81,116), Balochistan (25,083), Azad Jammu and Kashmir (19,170) and Gilgit Baltistan (5,572).
