Pakistan reports record 201 deaths, 5,292 new infections during last 24 hours

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – As many as record 201 deaths were reported during the last 24 hours, increasing the death toll to 17,530.

According to the data available with the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) on Wednesday, 5,292 new infections were reported during this period. As a result, total cases have increased to 810,231.

The positivity rate of cases has reached at 10.77 per cent. During the last 24 hours, 49,101 tests were conducted.

The province wise cases are: Sindh (280,356), KPK (115,596), Punjab (296,144), Islamabad (74,131), Balochistan (21,945), Azad Jammu and Kashmir (16,779) and Gilgit-Baltistan (5,280).
