ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Federal Minister for Defence Production Zubaida Jalal has said that the country will produce 25,000 masks and 10,000 litres of sanitizer. Talking to 92 News on Wednesday, she said that the masks can be reused after washing them. “We have achieved a milestone and the nation should be proud of it,” he added. Zubaida Jalal said that the effort of the Ordnance Factory would boost the national efforts in the fight against coronavirus. After the death of one more female patient in Rawalpindi, death toll has risen to eight across the country. Dozens of more cases were reported. As a result, the number of patients has risen to 1,065. So far 18 patients have recovered. According to the data made available with the National Command and Control Centre on Wednesday, there are 413 cases in Sindh with three new cases. In Punjab, the number of patients is 312 with 45 new reported cases. In Balochistan, the number of patients is 119 with nine new cases. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) on Wednesday had reported 39 new coronavirus cases after 46 people were tested in Union Council (UC) Manga, Mardan. The number of patients has jumped to 117. In Gilgit-Baltistan, the number of patients is 81. There are 20 cases in Islamabad, while only one case has been reported in Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
