Pakistan wants such govt in Kabul that represents people: Fawad Chaudhary

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhary has said that Pakistan wants such government in Kabul that represents people.

Addressing a ceremony on Friday, he said that assets and families of the Afghan leadership are abroad.

"The Afghan people are facing difficulties and poverty. Pakistan has also been affected by the incidents in Afghanistan," he added.

The minister said that Pakistan had brought the Taliban on the table. "We are not responsible for the situation in Afghanistan. The US is leaving Afghanistan after holding talks with the Taliban," he maintained.

He said that Pakistan wants the government of all stakeholders in Afghanistan.
