Pakistan will continue war against terrorism till its logical conclusion, says Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif
UFA, Russia – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has said Pakistan will continue the war against terrorism till its logical end, reported 92 News.
He was addressing the summit meeting of BRICS countries on Thursday night.
“We will have to join hands for peace and progress in the region,” he maintained.
He said that Pakistan wants better and cordial relations with the international community, including its neighbors, on the basis of mutual respect and confidence.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif proposed a four-point strategy under his vision for rapid development of the region and enhancing cooperation to begin a new era of sustainable development.
Elaborating his four points, he said that the regional countries need to promote mutual good will and people-to-people contacts, promote mutual confidence, enhance bilateral trade and economic links and promote connectivity by investing in development of infrastructure to increase transport links.
He said Pakistan on its part is working to improve its infrastructure and working successfully to implement China-Pakistan Economic Corridor.
Nawaz Sharif said Pakistan wants to increase its relations with the BRICS countries and will arrange its summit meeting besides holding meetings of its committees.
