Pakistan women team announced for ICC Women World Cup qualifier

LAHORE (92 News) – PCB chairman Shaharyar Khan has approved the 14-member women's team and two standbys to tour Sri Lanka to participate in the ICC Women World Cup Qualifier 2017 from February 7 to February 21. The team was picked up by the Women’s National Selection Committee compromising of Farrukh Zaman and Urooj Mumtaz Khan. The women's team practice camp is taking place in Karachi to prepare for the World Cup qualifiers. Squad: Sana Mir (captain), Bismah Maroof (vice-captain), Javeria Wadood, Ayesha Zafar, Nahida Bibi, Syeda Nain Abidi, Sidra Amin, Sidra Nawaz (wicket-keeper), Aliya Riaz, Nashra Sandhu, Ghulam Fatima, Anam Amin, Aiman Anwar and Maham Tariq. Standbys are: Rabiya Shah & Natalia Pervaiz.
