Pakistan yet to join Saudi-led alliance: Sartaj Aziz

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Adviser to Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz said that Pakistan has not yet joined 34-nation military alliance of the Islamic countries led by Saudi Arabia.

Addressing the National Assembly session, Sartaj Aziz said that the coalition would coordinate military efforts in the fight against terrorism; to combat terrorism and coordinate media efforts to fight terrorism.

He said that Pakistan will stand with Saudi Arabia if the kingdom would face any threat to its sovereignty and territorial integrity.
