Pakistani detained in Guantanamo Bay returns home: FO

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Saifullah Paracha, a Pakistani national who was detained in Guantanamo Bay, has reached Pakistan after being released on Saturday.

In a statement, the Foreign Office spokesman said that the Foreign Ministry completed an extensive inter-agency process to facilitate repatriation of Paracha.

"We are glad that a Pakistani citizen detained abroad is finally reunited with his family," he added.
