WASHINGTON - Pakistan's Ambassador to the United States Jalil Abbas Jilani has welcomed a nuclear deal between Iran and six major world powers. In a statement issued in Washington, the ambassador said the Nuclear Agreement is a positive development and would auger well for regional and global peace and stability. The deal capped two years of intense negotiations between Iran and United Kingdom, France, Germany, Russia, China, the United States and the European Union. Under the deal, Iran will remove two-thirds of its installed centrifuges and store them under constant international supervision. It will not use its advanced centrifuges to produce enriched uranium for the next decade. In exchange, international sanctions against Iran will be eased.
