ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The federal government has announced to observe Independence Day (August 14) as solidarity day with Kashmiri people. Pakistanis will observe August 15, the day of India's independence, as black day against the recent move by Modi government to abolish the status of occupied Jammu and Kashmir as special one and dividing Srinagar and Laddakh as territories to be regulated by New Delhi. "The national flag will be flown at half-mast across the country on August 15," said a notification issued by the interior ministry on Friday.
