MULTAN (92 News) – Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has said that Pakistan’s sacrifices against terrorism should be acknowledged.

Addressing a press conference in Multan on Saturday, he said that it is improper to see Pakistan in comparison with Afghanistan and through the Indian lens. The minister said that he had not gone to get financial assistance. “Our voice will weaken to the extent we will divide.” He said: “We will have to do a lot of things for our survival.” Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that the national interest is the most important in the foreign policy. “Relations with the US are improving gradually,” he said. About the arrest of Shehbaz Sharif, he said that the NAB, which is an independent department, had decided to arrest Shehbaz Sharif. “The PTI had not constituted the case against Shehbaz Sharif. His arrest is a court act and we respect it,” he said. The minister said that Shehbaz Sharif has full right to defend himself.
