ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Supreme Court has on Tuesday said that the apex court will summon anyone including Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif if need be. A five member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa is resumed hearing of Panamagate case against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and his family members. During the proceedings, Taufiq Asif, the counsel of Jamaat-e-Islami, on Tuesday completed his arguments. Presenting his arguments, the JI lawyer said that the decision in the Zaffar Ali Shah case had said that the London flats belong to the Sharif family. The judges expressed resentment when the JI counsel made repeated references to Syed Zafar Ali Shah case. The apex court further rejected a reply submitted by Maryam Nawaz in the Panama Case. In her reply Maryam Nawaz said that she was married in 1992 and her husband has been paying taxes since 1986.
