Parts of country receive rain; Met department forecasts heavy rains

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Parts of the country including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, Sargodha, Sukkur, Larkana, Hyderabad, Zhob, Sibi, Kalat, Naseerabad, Quetta, Peshawar, Kohat, Bannu, D.I. Khan divisions, FATA and Gilgit-Baltistan received scattered rain on Sunday. The Pakistan Meteorological Department forecast heavy rains in the central regions of the country including Layyah, Bhakkar, Mianwali, Attock, Esakhel and Mardan. Rain is also expected in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Chakwal, Khushab, Jhelum and Sargodha in the coming two days. Weather experts said Potohar region is receiving rain and more rain is expected in the region with the water level is expected to increase in rivers in the coming days.
