Party Fund case: PTI fails to submit details

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has on Tuesday again failed to submit details in party fund case.

The Election Commission of Pakistan resumed hearing of the Party fund case.

The counsel of PTI challenged the orders of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) in the High Court. The case will be heard tomorrow.

During the proceedings, t he counsel of PTI said that another case of the same nature is being heard in the Supreme Court and asked the commission to adjourn hearing until next week.

Chief Election Commissioner asked if the court has issued a restraining order, if not then the hearing won’t be adjourned.

Talking to media after the hearing, PML-N leader Dainyal Aziz said that “Saindu Khan” demands justice but is running away.

Petitioner Akbar S Babar said: “Khan sahib, you are not sacrificing but you will be asked to give up, adding that the PTI is hiding from the justice.
