Passing out parade of Pak Navy’s 15th short service course held

Karachi (92 News) – The passing out parade ceremony of 106th commissioning term and 15th short service officers course of Pakistan Navy was held in Karachi on Saturday morning. At least 70 officials were awarded the commission. Chief of Air Staff Air Marshal Sohail Aman and Naval Chief Admiral Zakaullah attended the ceremony. Addressing the ceremony, Naval Chief Admiral Zakaullah said that Pakistan Navy is ever ready to protect the maritime borders of the country. Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman said that the armed forces play a significant role in the defense of the country. Pakistan's battle hardened troops are fully prepared to respond to any misadventure of the enemy, he added. He said that Gwadar Port holds great importance in the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor project. He further said that Pakistan is confronted with enormous challenges while internal and external threats have changed the regional scenario. The Air Chief said that the success in Operation Zarb-e-Azb is a clear manifestation of greater synergy that exists amongst the sister organizations of the armed forces.
