PAT chief Dr Tahirul Qadri announces to challenge LHC verdict

LAHORE (92 News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Dr Tahirul Qadri has announced to challenge the verdict of the Lahore High Court. Addressing a press conference on Thursday, he said that their people were murdered in broad daylight. “Imran Khan said that the culprits should be brought to justice. The conspirators behind the gruesome murders are not being apprehended,” he stated. The PAT chief said that they are not satisfied with the verdict. “The trial court has summoned the police chief. Why has the provincial chief not summoned?” he questioned. He said that it was suspicious not to summon 12 people responsible for the tragedy. The Lahore High Court had dismissed the PAT’s plea to summon Nawaz Sharif, Shehbaz Sharif, Khawaja Saad Rafique, Pervaiz Rasheed, Khawaja Asif and Ch Nisar, terming them innocent.
