PAT files reference for PM's disqualification

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – As the opposition parties have opened front against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Pakistan Awami Tehreek has on Thursday filed a petition seeking disqualification of Nawaz Sharif. The petition was filed by the Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) leader Ishtiaq Chaudhry under Article 62, 63 and 5 of the Constitution as the decision to file reference was taken in party’s core committee meeting. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), have already filed references in ECP against the prime minister.
