PCB announces team for first Test against West Indies

KARACHI (92 News) – Chief selector Inzamamul Haq announced the team for the First Test against West Indies in a press conference at National Stadium Karachi on Saturday. The team has been finalized by Inzamamul Haq and the National Selection Committee after consultations with the Pakistan head coach and the Test captain. Pakistan will play their first ever Day Night Test from October 13-17 with the Pink Ball at Dubai Cricket Stadium. The second Test will be played from October 21-25 at Abu Dhabi and third Test from October 30-November 3 at Sharjah. Squad: Misbahul Haq (captain), Sami Aslam, Azhar Ali, Asad Shafiq, Babar Azam, Sarfraz Ahmad (wicketkeeper), Mohammad Nawaz, Yasir Shah, Zulifiqar Babar, Mohammad Amir, Wahab Riaz, Sohail Khan, Imran Khan Sr, Rahat Ali, Younis Khan (he is not fully fit, still needs 8-10 days rest).
