PCB invites W Indies to play T20 series in Pakistan

LAHORE (92 News) – Pakistan Super League (PSL) chairman Najam Sethi said Sunday that the West Indies cricket team will visit Pakistan for a Twenty-20 series. Talking to media in Lahore on Sunday, he said that a proposal was sent as a precondition in reply to another invitation received from West Indies asking Pakistan to play a T20 series in Florida in United States. PCB Executive Committee Chairman Najam Sethi said the Board is trying hard to end the drought of international cricket in Pakistan and has been in talks with several cricket boards around the world. He further said that if the West Indies agrees to tour Pakistan, the PCB will ensure that the national team play two T20 matches in Florida on the request of WICB towards the end of March when Pakistan team will be on its way to the West Indies.
