PDM announces long march towards Islamabad in last week of January

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) on Wednesday announced a long march towards Islamabad in the last week of January.

Talking to the media after a meeting of the PDM Steering Committee on Wednesday, Mian Iftikhar Hussain said that they will contact all provinces in next one and a half months.

"We will move towards the long march with full preparation. We will not take rest until sending the incompetent government home," he declared.

Mian Iftikhar Hussain said that they want free and fair elections and do not want interference of any institution.

He said that the Lahore meeting would be held at all cost. "The government has flooded the venue of the meeting," he added.
