Peace in Afghanistan is Pakistan’s top priority: Aizaz Chaudhry

WASHINGTON (92 News) – Pakistan’s Ambassador to US Aizaz Chaudhry has on Friday said that Pakistani forces have achieved major successes against terrorism. Addressing a seminar on “Peace and Stability in South Asia” in Washington’s the George Town University on Friday, he said that peace and stability in Afghanistan is Pakistan’s top priority. The ambassador said that Pakistani forces have achieved major successes against terrorism, adding that border areas have been cleared from terrorist due to successful military operations. Aizaz Chaudhry went on to say that Pakistan is being targeted from cross border terrorism. “The solution of Kashmir dispute is the biggest challenge of the region,” he added.
