People will now be able to buy tickets from various railway stations: Rasheed

RAWALPINDI (92 News) – Federal Minister for Railways Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed said people will now be able to buy tickets from various railway stations. In a video message on his twitter account, the minister explained, “The decision to open the one-window reservation office was made after the railways’ online booking system crashed due to a load of visitors.” Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed said the online booking system has developed a fault therefore it has been decided to open reservation windows at Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Multan, Sukkur, Peshawar, and Quetta stations. He said now passengers can get their tickets and reservations from 8 in the morning to 5 in the evening by visiting these stations amid strict observance of standard operating procedure.
