LAHORE (92 News) – Peshawar Zalmi trounced Quetta Gladiators by 58 runs in the final of Pakistan Super League at Gaddafi Stadium on Sunday.
Batting first, Peshawar amassed 148 runs for the loss of six wickets in the stipulated 20 overs.
Kamran Akmal (40) was the top scorer, while Darren Sammy smashed 28 runs with the help of three sixes and a four. Samuel (19), Muhammad Hafeez (12) and Iftikhar Ahmed (14) were other main scorers.
In reply, Quetta Gladiators were bundled out for 90 runs.
