Petition filed in LHC for putting Shahbaz Sharif’s name on ECL

LAHORE (92 News) – A petition has been filed in the Lahore High Court (LHC) for the inclusion of Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif’s name on the exit control list (ECL) on Friday. The petition was filed by Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) against Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif. The petition contended that Shahbaz Sharif is an accused in Model Town tragedy and can leave the country anytime. The petition argued that his (Punjab CM’s) name be included in the Exit Control List (ECL).
