Petitions against military courts: Matter sent to chief justice for larger bench

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Supreme Court three-member bench headed by Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali sent the matter of petitions against military courts to Chief Justice Nasirul Mulk for the establishment of a larger bench. Hearing the petitions on Tuesday, Justice Jamali said that they will first hear all the petitions regarding the 18th amendment.
