Petrol prices expected to decrease by Rs27 per liter in May

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The petrol prices in Pakistan is expected to drop by Rs27 per liter from May 1. After decline in oil prices in the global market, it is expected that the price of the petroleum products in Pakistan will also be decreased. According to the sources, the petrol price can be reduced by Rs27 and diesel by Rs22 per liter. The industry sources said that due to the decline in oil prices in the global market, the petrol price in Pakistan will also be declined. According to the ministry of finance the benefit of decline in international oil prices will be transferred to the end user. The sources further revealed that the demand of petrol fell drastically over coronavirus. The petroleum experts of the country said that in order to provide relief to the people, the government of Pakistan should take the price of the petroleum products down.
