PIA CEO takes notice of extra fares in special flights during lockdown

LAHORE (92 News) – Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) CEO Arshad Malik has taken notice of the additional fares being charged in special flights during the lockdown. During a meeting with Aviation Minister Ghulam Sarwar Khan on Monday, he ordered the sales department to reduce the fares and implement the cut immediately. He directed the officer concerned not to receive any extra profit from passengers except the operational expenditures. The PIA CEO also directed to fine the travel agents involved in overcharging the passengers.
