PIA's first flight reaches Kabul after new government in Afghanistan

KABUL (92 News) – The first flight of the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) reached Kabul after the establishment of the new government in Afghanistan.

A Boeing 777 carrying international journalists reached Kabul and returned with a team of international news agencies.

Speaking on the occasion, PIA CEO Air Marshal Arshad Malik said that the objective of the flight is to promote goodwill between Pakistan and Afghanistan and strengthen the operation on humanitarian grounds. "The operation is very important for the world which is looking towards us. Links should be restored," he added.

The PIA CEO hoped that the complete operation would be restored soon.
