PIA submits application for starting direct flights for Australia
KARACHI (92 News) – The Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has submitted an application to the Australian Civil Aviation Authority (ACAA) for starting direct flights for Australia.
According to the PIA spokesperson, direct flights for Asutralia from Lahore and Karachi will be operated from next month. Two flights will depart for Australia each week.
PIA Boeing 777 long range will be used for the flights of Australia. The PIA will start its operations after getting permission from the ACAA.
PIA CEO Air Marshall Arshad had announced direct flights for Australia a few weeks ago.
