LAHORE (92 News) – The Pakistan International Airlines will start an operation to bring back 40,000 Pakistanis stranded in different countries from Tuesday. In the first phase, 400 Umrah pilgrims will be brought to Lahore and Multan from Saudi Arabia. On the other hand, the PIA has prepared a plan to bring back the stranded Pakistanis. The operation will continue from April 14 to 18. Two flight carrying 410 Pakistanis released from UAE will land at Faisalabad and Peshawar airports. A special flight with 270 people stranded in Thailand and Japan will reach Islamabad. A flight will bring back 360 Pakistanis released from Oman will reach Karachi on April 15, while the second flight will land at Lahore airport on April 16. Moreover, two flights will shift 225 Pakistanis stranded in Indonesia and UAE will reach Pakistan on April 18.
