QUETTA (92 News) – The police foiled a plan to attack the Defence Day celebrations and arrested a terrorist belong to the Indian intelligence agency RAW on Saturday. According to the ISPR spokesman, the Bomb Disposal Squad defused 5-6 kilograms of explosives planted under an overhead bridge in Saryab Road area. They said that a mortar shell had been attached to the explosives. The terrorist who confessed to his links with the RAW has been shifted to an unknown location. Quetta SSP Abdul Waheed Khattak said that the terrorists wanted to sabotage the celebrations of the Defence Day. He said that security forces, including the police, were on high alert and ready to deal with any eventuality.
