Players are selected through recommendations, says PCB chairman

LAHORE (92 News) – Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Shaharyar Khan has said that players are selected through recommendations. Talking to media on Tuesday, the PCB chairman said that people get annoyed if their nephew is not selected for the team. “Selecting players through recommendation is a common happening,” he said. “We’re trying our best to select players on merit.” Earlier on Sunday, Pakistan lost its second ODI against Bangladesh.
