KARACHI (92 News) – The Sindh High Court (SHC) has admitted a plea to stop the execution of Saulat Mirza, an MQM worker on death-row, for hearing on Thursday. Meanwhile, the Sindh High Court chief justice has summoned the record of all cases registered against Saulat Mirza, the death-row convict. Saulat Mirza’s wife Najma, in the petition, stated that all the cases should be reinvestigated before his execution. “The investigation should be launched against six people mentioned by Saulat Mirza,” she stated.
