Plundered wealth being recovered first time in history of Pakistan: Firdous

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Reacting to the confiscation of properties illegally owned by Sharif family, Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Information Firdous Ashiq Awan has said that plundered wealth is being retrieved for the first time in the history of Pakistan. In a tweet on Thursday, she congratulated the nation for another installment of recovering looted wealth. She also said that confiscation of properties illegally owned by Sharif family is materialization of the dream of recovery of looted wealth.

“Prime Minister Imran Khan is fulfilling the promise made to people by ensuring rule of law in the country,” the special assistant mentioned. “It is happening for the first time in the history of Pakistan that the plundered wealth is being retrieved,” he said, adding that the people, who looted the national wealth, have become puzzled and confused.

The special assistant further said that after the 100 days of thieves, the day of King has been come and confiscation of properties illegally owned by Sharif family is materialization now.

Firdous Ashiq Awan took her twitter on Wednesday and said that Prime Minister Imran Khan is the voice of the hearts of Pakistanis. “Protest of those envy of the popularity of Imran Khan lacks the backing of masses. Neither they have control over revenue officers now nor the police officers,” she added. The special assistant said the people have rejected the plunderers and entrusted the responsibility of leadership to those who will take the country towards prosperity and bright future.
