PM again lauds economic team for ending current account deficit

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan has once again admired his economic team for ending the current account deficit on Saturday. Is his statement on social media, the prime minister said “I am proud of my team which ended the deficit during the last four months and the value of rupee increased as a result.” “Economic progress has been achieved due to measures taken by the government to stabilize economy. Pakistan’s stock market has surged by 30 per cent or almost 10,000 points during the last three months,” he added. Imran Khan has also to convene Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) core committee meeting tomorrow (Sunday) in Islamabad.
