QUETTA (92 News) - Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif chaired an All-Parties Conference in Quetta regarding the deteriorating law and order situation in the province following the Mastung incident on Tuesday. As per reports, the premier reached the provincial capital earlier today for the APC. In his address, Nawaz Sharif said that the enemies want to divide the nation, but they will not succeed. “They use terror activities as a tool to weak the core of the country,” he said. He said the terrorists use ethnic, religious, and linguistic differences and exploit them to destabilize the country. "The LB polls in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are a unique example of bloodshed," he said. Strict security arrangements were made for PM Sharif’s visit to the city as heavy contingents of law enforcement agencies were deployed on VIP routes. The meeting was attended by Commander Southern Command Lt General Nasir Janjua, Governor Muhammad Khan Achakzai, Chief Minister (CM) Dr Abdul Malik Baloch, Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar, provincial minister Sanaullah Zehri, Home Minister Sarfraz Bugti, Frontier Corps (FC) Inspector General (IG) and Balochistan Police IG Amlesh Khan.
