PM devises positive policy to combat COVID-19 crises in country: minister

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Referring to corona situation, Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Noorul Haq Qadri said Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan devised positive policy to combat Covid-19 crises in country. Addressing Ittihad Ummat Conference in Peshawar on Sunday afternoon, Noorul Haq Qadri mentioned that Pakistan is only country in world where mosques have not been closed due to Corona. "As much care was taken of SOPs in mosques, hardly placed anywhere else in the country," he added. The religious minister also maintained that all the problems will be resolved with the guidance and consultation of Ulema. He also said some foreign elements are trying to destabilize the peace of Pakistan from last four decades. He also stressed the need for collective efforts to foil the nefarious design against the unity of Muslim Ummah. Noorul Haq Qadri further said that the Corona cases have greatly decreased in the country. He lauded the role of Ulema during the prevailing critical Corona situation and urged the public to follow SOPs on upcoming Eidul Azha to contain the spread of Corona virus.
