ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan on Sunday announced a national award for the hero Naeem Rasheed who was martyred  in the New Zealand  terror attack. Prime Minister Imran Khan also announced to extend all support to the families of the nine Pakistanis martyred in New Zealand. “We stand ready to extend all our support to the families of Pakistani victims of the terrorist attack in Christchurch. Pakistan is proud of Mian Naeem Rasheed who was martyred trying to tackle the white supremacist terrorist and his courage will be recognized with a national award,” PM Imran tweeted. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n68Is_t2XcU Naeem Rasheed, a resident of Abbottabad, set a new example of valour by embracing martyrdom while saving the lives of other during the terror attack. Naeem Rasheed had attempted to overpower the attacker to save the people present in the mosque. He was critically injured in and succumbed to his wounds in hospital.A British newspaper has termed Naeem Rasheed as hero. Naeem Rasheed’s son Talha Naeem was also martyred in the attack.
